Troubleshooting tips for online training. Your version of Internet Explorer may have an issue playing our online trainings correctly. If the first screen plays the audio and forwards to the second screen without assistance, then your training is working properly. But, if your training plays no audio, and or displays the word "Buffering" you have a problem. IT Help Desk staff recommend deleting your Cookies, Temporary Internet Files and clearing your History in order to complete the online training. Open Internet Explorer, on the top menu select Tools then select Internet Options. You should see the Window below.
