Administrative Services provides accounting, contracting, finance, human resources, information technology, management and purchasing services support that enables Health Care Agency (HCA) staff to provide the best possible service to our community through efficient and effective operations. Divisions include:
Provides day-to-day human resources support in the areas of personnel transaction processing, performance management, return-to-work, recruiting, classification, new employee training, personnel investigations and discipline, leave of absence coordination, labor relations, licensure monitoring, policy and procedure review as well as training.
Manages all non-human service related purchasing and procurement requests and is responsible for managing the oversight and monitoring of capital and controlled assets, surplus system, warehouse management and Cal card/petty cash system for HCA.
