About Us
Behavioral Health Services consists of three divisions which provide a culturally competent and client-centered system of behavioral health services for all eligible county residents in need of treatment for alcohol and other drug abuse and mental health care. The divisions include: Adult Mental Health Services, Children and Youth Mental Health Services and Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services.
Allied Behavioral Care (ABC) is Orange County's client-centered, culturally competent, carefully organized managed care behavioral health plan for Orange County Medi-Cal beneficiaries. The ABC plan provides for acute psychiatric hospital treatment and outpatient services.
