Welcome to the website for Orange County Health Care Agency (OCHCA) Behavioral Health Services Training Department. We provide training to the staff of the Orange County Health Care Agency's Behavioral Health Services (BHS), as well as to community agencies that partner with BHS. In addition, we manage the training programs directed toward both county staff and the community that are funded under the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA).
