The Compliance Program is responsible for promoting organizational compliance with the vast array of ever-changing federal and state regulatory requirements. The Compliance Program established and maintains mechanisms for ensuring organizational compliance with governmental regulations and standards, including the provision of compliance-related education and training. The program is a stand-alone unit reporting dually to the Health Care Agency Director and the Internal Audit Department.

Contract Development and Management is responsible for developing, soliciting, negotiating and administering human services contracts with for-profit and non-profit private providers of mental health, drug abuse, alcohol, public health and medical services. Contractors include hospitals, clinics, educational institutions, and community based and other organizations.

Financial and Program Support Services provides operational support to the agency programs and are responsible for budget development, fiscal oversight and analysis, maximizing major revenue sources, enhancing grants management and providing administrative support.
