2. When does the Planning Council meet? Council meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month (see Meeting Calendar). Buffet begins at 5:30 p.m.; meeting is from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. and is located at Public Health Services Training Center (1729E) 17wt West 17th Street, Santa Ana, California.
