We are open 8:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday by appointment only. The clinic is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

Office Visit Fee of $30.00 will be charged each time each patient is seen by the Registered Nurse. NOTE: Only one office visit fee will be charged per patient for same day multiple shots.
Charges are for each vaccine received by each patient at each visit. Fees are listed below.

Payment is accepted in cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
For patients needing a Malaria prescription, a separate appointment must be made with our doctor. When calling for an appointment for travel immunizations, you must state that you need a malaria appointment as well.
