Alcohol & Drug Advisory Board
Advises and reports on policies and goals of county alcohol and drug programs.

Emergency Medical Care Committee
Advises on matters relating to emergency medical services in Orange County.

Emergency Medical Services Quality Assurance Board
Monitors, investigates, studies and makes recommendations regarding the quality and level of health care provided by the EMS system.

HIV Planning Council
Advises and makes recommendations on HIV policy issues and on the need for HIV-related education, prevention, treatment and supportive services.

Orange County Children's Partnership
Advises on programs and issues concerning the service delivery system for wards (Probation), dependents (Social Services), and/or seriously emotionally or behaviorally disturbed children and their families.

Solid Waste Local Enforcement Agency
There is no longer a solid waste hearing panel. In June 2008, the panel was replaced with a solid waste hearing officer who is assigned by the clerk of the board when there is a dispute over an action taken by the LEA. For more information call (714) 433-6270.
Well Standards Advisory Board
Hears and considers appeals from persons subject to enforcement actions and advises regarding standards for well construction and abandonment.
