Vision
Through community
partnerships, create a client and family-driven, recovery and
resiliency-oriented publicly-funded mental health system in Orange
County that meets the mental health needs of diverse populations.
Mission
To create a
state-of the art, culturally competent public mental health system
in Orange County that:

wellness/recovery for adults and older adults with severe mental
illness;

resiliency for children with serious emotional disorders and
their families/caregivers;

Is easy to
access;

effective services;

disparities in access to services

out-of-home and institutional care; and

Reduces stigma
