Full Service Partnerships (FSP) Data and Outcome Measures

Adult

Mental Health Association

  • Choices
    MHA Choices provides intensive case management and specialty mental health services to individuals who are the highest utilizers of mental health services in emergency rooms and jails.

  • Whatever It Takes (WIT) Court
    Whatever It Takes Court (WIT Court) serves clients who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, referred by Superior Court of Orange County, chronically and persistently mentally ill and not currently engaged in mental health treatment.

  • Opportunity Knocks (OK)
    The Opportunity Knocks program develops a collaborative relationship with partners who have current issues or a history with the criminal justice system, who are diagnosed with a severe mental illness, and who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Telecare

  • Telecare and Orange (TAO)
    Telecare and Orange (TAO) exists to help people living with chronic mental illness reach their full potential. Our mission is to deliver and manage excellent services and systems of care for people with serious mental illness.

  • STEPS (Striving Towards Enhanced Partnerships)
    Telecare STEPS (Striving towards Enhanced Partnerships) is a program that serves adults with persistent mental illness coming out of residential or locked facilies and adults referred by the Mental Health Court. The program is committed to connect each indivdual with the desire to embark in their journey of recovery.
