Routine health exams, blood and urine tests, immunizations are free. Small co-payment applies for diagnosis and treatment of illness that occurs at anytime during enrollment. Includes dental benefits and vision care.

In Orange County, services are generally provided through a managed care plan that contracts with CalOPTIMA.
