ECSOC Program is funded by Social Services Agency and the Children and Families Commission of Orange County to address the health and development needs of the children ages 0-5 entering the Child Welfare System. Public Health Nurse provide intensive case management to ensure that children have developmental screenings, primary care providers, primary dental services, and linkages to other community resources to maximize their potential.
