HCA Refugee Health Services Program through a contract with Access California Services provides refugee health assessments for newly arriving refugees, asylees, Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) holders, parolees (Cuban and Haitian entrants) and human trafficking victims. New arrivals are screened for tuberculosis, hepatitis, parasitic infections and other health conditions, and referred to appropriate care.
