About the Cancer Detection Partnership

Who we are:

The Cancer Detection Partnership is a program of the County of Orange Health Care Agency to coordinate the State’s Cancer Detection Programs: Every Woman Counts (CDP: EWC) in Orange County. We provide local support and training for physicians and offer community education to women at higher risk for breast and cervical cancer.

We do NOT provide any clinical services at our office.

What we do:

Clinical Services

We conduct orientations and trainings for doctors and their staff who provide CDP: EWC services at their facilities. All clinical services are provided at doctors’ offices and clinics throughout Orange County. We do NOT provide any clinical services at our office.

Community Outreach

We offer health education classes to small groups of women age 50 and older about the importance of early detection for breast and cervical cancer. Our materials are available in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, and Chinese and our presentations are tailored to women from the African American, Asian, Pacific Islander, and American Indian communities.
