Food Safety Presentation to be Held in Westminster

(Santa Ana) – A food safety presentation will be held on Thursday, February 22^nd, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Little Saigon Radio Station, 15781 Brookhurst St., Suite 101, Westminster. The event is presented by Orange County Health Care Agency's Environmental Health in cooperation with the City of Westminster and the Westminster Chamber of Commerce.

The food safety topics to be discussed include:

The Partnering of Community Food Businesses and Environmental Health to Protect Consumers
The Inspection Process
Food Safety Requirements

The program will conclude with a question and answer session with Vietnamese translators available. All local Orange County owners and operators of restaurants and food facilities are encouraged to attend.
