(Santa Ana) - The ABC's of vitamins will be reviewed during a free community education program scheduled for Tuesday, April 24 from 10 a.m.-10:45 a.m. at the Southwest Senior Center, 2201 W. McFadden St., Santa Ana."Vitamins and the Older Adult" will cover vitamin use and misuse as well as potential side effects. Pharmacist Daniel Ketchum, RPh., of Orange County Health Care Agency Older Adult Services, will also detail the recommended daily allowances of vitamins for the older adult and will answer questions at the conclusion of the presentation. The free program is sponsored by the Southwest Senior Center, County of Orange Health Care Agency Older Adult Services and Preventive Health Care for the Aging (PHCA).
