What eligibility requirements must I meet to obtain CCS benefits or services?

  1. Child must be under 21 years of age

  2. Child must have a physical disability or condition that is eligible for medical care from CCS

  3. Child must be a resident of Orange County, California

  4. Family adjusted gross income must be under $40,000 per year OR over $40,000 per year when out-of-pocket eligible medical expenses are expected to exceed 20% of family income

  5. No financial or residential requirements are necessary for physical or occupational therapy services
