For Information about Social Services available in Orange County, like food resources, housing resources and other government assistance programs, contact InfoLink of Orange County by calling 2-1-1 or 1-888-600-4357.

For referral to community health care resources or for information on available public health services (immunizations, WIC, TB services, etc.), please contact the Health Care Agency’s Health Referral Line at 1-800-564-8448. This service is available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Assistance is provided in English, Spanish and Vietnamese. A nurse will also be available to help triage a caller’s health care needs.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 9-1-1.

For mental health evaluations, interventions, linkage to community mental health services or resources for family members, please call HCA Behavioral Health Services at 1-866-830-6011. Community intervention is available Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:30. This toll free number is also answered by a clinician after-hours. Services are provided by Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Registered Nurses, Marriage & Family Therapists, and Behavioral Health Specialists. Services are provided in Vietnamese and Spanish.
