Preventive Health Care for
Adults (PHCA)
Specialized Public Health Nursing Program PHCA is a free community health assessment program for
adults over the age of 50.

more information. For facilities and staffing our
PHCA Site Roster is now available
online.
Basic health screenings are provided
at site locations throughout Orange County. The health
assessments provided by the PHCA program are:
PHCA also provides health maintenance counseling and follow-up
for those clients with special needs and health problems.
