We are the county's major resource for nutrition information. Nutrition Services implements and supports nutrition programs and activities to improve the health of Orange County residents.

Need information on how to eat healthy for yourself and your family?

	The Women, Infant & Children (WIC) Supplemental Nutrition Education Program Nutrition education classes and counseling for pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants and children at various sites in the county. Information can also be obtained on line, as well. Access to nutrition pamphlets, handouts and materials also available
	The Network for a Healthy California How to eat healthy and stay active for all Californians. On line recipes and tips.
	Breastfeeding Education, Promotion and Support Breastfeeding is best. Information and support services are listed to help you successfully breastfeed your newborn.
