Special Diseases Services includes the Sexually Transmitted Diseases Clinic, the HIV Testing Sites, HIV Ambulatory Care Clinic.

• The Sexually Transmitted Diseases Clinic provides diagnosis and treatment for anyone requesting medical care for sexually transmitted diseases (STD, STI, VD). It is a free walk-in clinic, and no appointments are scheduled.
  

• The HIV Alternative Test Sites offer HIV counseling and both anonymous and confidential testing for HIV antibodies.
  

• The HIV Ambulatory Clinic provides primary medical care for HIV and related conditions to uninsured or underinsured persons. Sliding scale fees may apply. Services include medical care, and early intervention services such as case management, psycho-social assistance, financial counseling, health education and risk reduction information.
