Gestational Diabetes Report
A recent study by the Health Care Agency on the complications of pregnancy and childbirth found that from 2006 to 2008 gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) was the most common, serious prenatal condition, affecting some 3,100 women each year in Orange County. A new study by the Health Care Agency examines the risk factors and complications of pregnancy and childbirth in Orange County (OC).
