Compliance Training
Welcome to HCA Compliance Training! Training
is an integral component of HCA’s Compliance Program’s ongoing
education efforts and is mandatory for all employees and other
designated individuals. In addition to the initial training,
annual compliance training is provided to address relevant
changes to laws, regulations, policy and HCA’s Code of Conduct.

New Employee Training
All new HCA regular, extra-help, temp-help,
volunteers, interns and contract employees shall complete this
New Employee Compliance Training within 30 days of beginning
employment with HCA. This compliance training addresses HCA’s
Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and HIPAA Privacy and
Security regulations for all new employees, contractors and
volunteers/interns.
