Recovery Open Access Program

Recovery Open Access serves individuals ages 18 and older living with serious and persistent mental illness and a possible co-occurring disorder who are in need of accessing urgent outpatient mental health and recovery services. The target population includes adults who are being discharged from psychiatric hospitals, released from jail or are currently enrolled in outpatient MHRS services and have an urgent medication need that cannot wait until their next scheduled appointment. These individuals are at risk of further hospitalization or incarceration if not linked to mental health and recovery services quickly.
