Love Your Heart Day, February 11, 2016
With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, many of us think about matters of the heart. This year, give yourself and loved ones a healthy gift from the heart by getting a free blood pressure screening on Thursday, February 11, 2016. The County of Orange Health Care Agency has joined with Live Well San Diego to offer Love Your Heart Day. HCA is pleased to be working with the American Heart Association, Northgate Markets and their screening partners including Alta Med, Anthem Blue Cross, and others; Ralph's, and Family Resource Centers to host Love Your Heart Day screening locations. We encourage you to come out and get your blood pressure taken. Resources about heart health and community providers will also be made available.
