  • Opportunity Knocks (OK)
    The Opportunity Knocks program develops a collaborative relationship with partners who have current issues or a history with the criminal justice system, who are diagnosed with a severe mental illness, and who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.


  • Telecare and Orange (TAO)
    Telecare and Orange (TAO) exists to help people living with chronic mental illness reach their full potential. Our mission is to deliver and manage excellent services and systems of care for people with serious mental illness.
  • STEPS (Striving Towards Enhanced Partnerships)
    Telecare STEPS (Striving towards Enhanced Partnerships) is a program that serves adults with persistent mental illness coming out of residential or locked facilities and adults referred by the Mental Health Court. The program is committed to connect each individual with the desire to embark in their journey of recovery.
