Text4baby is a free service that provides text messages with critical health and safety tips timed to your baby’s age up until baby’s first birthday. You’ll get support and important information about pregnancy and infant care to keep you and your baby healthy.
Sound too good to be true? It’s not! Thanks to the support of CTIA – The Wireless Foundation and participating cell phone companies, all the messages you receive from text4baby are free! Even if you don’t have a text messaging plan, you can get these messages for free. If you have limited texting per month, text4baby won’t take away from your total amount of messages.
Text the word BABY (or BEBE for Spanish) to 511411 to receive three free text messages a week, timed to your due date or your baby’s birth date, through pregnancy and up until the baby’s first birthday. For more info visit www.text4baby.org. Text STOP to discontinue messages or HE LP for help.

Text4baby is a free service that allows sends your patients text messages that provide timely health and safety education about their current stage of pregnancy or their infant’s age. Messages are timed during their pregnancy and through their baby’s first year. Message content has been developed in cooperation with multiple government health agencies and professional organizations. Most wireless carriers have agreed to waive text message fees for their clients to receive txt4baby text messages.
