Orange County is committed to responding to the HIV epidemic and making progress towards improving health outcomes for persons living with HIV (PLWH). The plans below provide an overview of goals and strategies set by the HIV Planning Council to information on PLWH in Orange County.

National HIV/AIDS Strategy

The Nation's first comprehensive National HIV/AIDS Strategy for the United States was released in 2010. In 2015, an update to the strategy was published to include the updated goals and objectives for 2020.
