- How do I enroll into a PC1000 program?
You do need an authorization/referral from the Court; you may then contact any provider of your choice to enroll into a program. You can also click on the provider list to download the current provider list. - Do I have to pay for the PC1000 program?
Yes. All providers post their program prices in advance and will explain their fee structure to you when you sign a contract with them. - Do I still need to participate in the program services if I just pay for the entire program in advance?
Yes. You must still complete all program requirements in order to receive credit for the program. - Are the providers allowed to charge extra fees, such as cancellation, transfer, reinstatement fees, etc.?
Yes. All provider fees are reviewed by the County and approved. Providers are approved to charge administrative fees for cancellations, re-scheduling of appointments, no-shows, drug tests, reinstatements, duplicate forms and transfers. All fees will be disclosed to you in advance when you sign a contract with the provider. - Do you offer an accelerated PC1000 program?
No. There are no accelerated PC1000 programs in Orange County. All programs must be completed within the time stipulated by the program length. - Can I complete the PC1000 program online?

No. All programs follow the same curriculum. Only you can decide which provider is best for you. - Does the County monitor the PC1000 program?
