The OC Health Care Agency’s Behavioral Health Services team provides a comprehensive, culturally responsive system of mental health and substance use support to eligible residents throughout Orange County. They operate through divisions focused on —Adult Mental Health Services, Children & Youth Services, and Alcohol & Drug Abuse Services, Crisis and Acute Care, and Justice-Involved Care —ensuring the right care is available to the right person, at the right time, and in the right place.
