The Older Adult Services Program for Assertive Community Treatment (OAS PACT) serves adults 60 years of age and older who are living with a chronic and persistent mental illness, may have a co-occurring substance abuse disorder, and who are experiencing multiple significant impairments in their community functioning. PACT provides outpatient services including assessment, linkage, individual and group therapy, extensive case management, advocacy, medication support, substance abuse treatment, and a variety of recovery services for older adults. Typically, the individuals in this program have not been able to access or benefit from traditional treatment programs.
