The California Community College Student Mental Health Program (CCC SMHP) is a key partner within the CalMHSA sponsored Statewide Student Mental Health Initiative. Click on the links below to download their Healthy Transition resource materials designed to provide wellness and mental health awareness training to current and former foster youth ages 16-25. These are culturally competent, youth friendly resource materials focused on general wellness, leadership development, self-advocacy and peer to peer mentoring.
