The Orange County Health Care Agency – Behavioral Health Services (BHS) operates many mental health and substance use programs available to individuals struggling with homelessness.

The services below can support the homeless individual experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders, and/or the community member or loved one trying to assist them.
