Who We Are
Perinatal STRENGTH is a team of public health nurses who support pregnant and parenting mothers who are dealing with, or have dealt with, substance use and need prompt assistance to address immediate needs.
What We Do
Our team works closely with each parent to provide services that meet their unique needs. Our nurses meet families where they are, offer same-day outreach when possible, and follow up quickly. Our goal is to help moms and babies feel supported and have the resources they need to stay healthy.
Perinatal STRENGTH also provides outreach and training to providers to explain how Family Wellness Plans work and why they help families.
