Behavioral Health Training Center

The Behavioral Health Training Center serves as the dedicated in‑person learning hub for Behavioral Health Training Services (BHTS), offering a modern, professional environment that supports the growth and development of the Orange County Health Care Agency (HCA) behavioral health workforce and its partners. Designed to strengthen capacity in alignment with the California Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA), the Center hosts trainings, conferences, and events for HCA Behavioral Health Services (BHS), contracted providers, and community programs. Its state‑of‑the‑art technology, adjustable room sizes, and flexible setup options ensure that the space can meet a wide range of training needs, from small group sessions to large‑scale events.

Supported by attentive onsite staff, the Training Center provides a seamless and collaborative environment for delivering high‑quality, person‑centered, culturally responsive, and evidence‑informed learning experiences.
