SPECIMEN: Blood, bone marrow, CSF, gastric lavage fluid, respiratory (aerosol, sputum, bronchial washings, transtracheal aspirates), stool (HIV patients only), tissue biopsies, and urine. NOTE: Processed specimen is preferred.
