BHSA Community Meetings

Population-Based Prevention Program Guide Session

This session will include an overview of the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Population-Based Prevention Program Guide – Phase 2, which outlines the state’s plan to carry out the statewide BHSA Prevention Framework.

The Guide also details implementation activities across each Statewide Prevention Strategy and provides important information regarding the rollout of state prevention funding.

We strongly encourage all interested CBOs to attend this educational session to prepare for upcoming funding opportunities. Understanding the CDPH BHSA Population-Based Prevention Program Framework now will help position your organization for future participation and ensure that collectively, we can deliver effective, accessible, and equitable prevention services to the residents of Orange County.
